You need to drill at least 6 holes to install it on Grand Caravan 2019 and use all 14 fixing points on the fenders. I found that where the existing screws were, they weren't strong enough to hold the fender securely and were generally awkward to use. The fasteners (12) supplied are suitable in some places, but do not always fix the wheel arch liner in the same way as the factory screws. My solution was to use 8mm push type plastic rivets. This required me to slightly enlarge all the holes; never mind. This made the job much easier, faster and better. I removed the rear wheels to make the job easier.
