I like that this program has many options to help me send out emails, manage my contact list, and track everything in detail! It's easy for beginners as well as advanced users! There are some features that need more work before it can be considered perfect, but they're working hard at getting them fixed! The support team is also very helpful if you have any questions or issues with your account! We've found ourselves using almost all of their services within our business; MailChimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
