Looks like a bag that has been used a few times.
I bought this bag to wrap my brother's 50th birthday gift. I just got it out and the bag is in terrible condition. The handle of the mug is bent and dented. The bodice has rips and folds all over the body. Looks like a reused bag. Definitely not what I would expect from a new bag.
