I don't normally write reviews but this little device blew me away. I won't sugarcoat anything, when I first saw it I thought it was a small cheap dehumidifier that was more for looks than the actual job it was supposed to do. It looks like it came straight from China, so I was already doubting it. When I plugged it in I could hear barley! I was sure it was crap! I installed it in my downstairs bathroom and I'll admit the lighting on it is pretty cool, but I didn't buy it for the light, I bought it to keep water out of my downstairs bathroom. I walked for about 25 minutes and realized I had left my phone there and when I went to get it I looked at the dehumidifier and was amazed at the small amount of water that was already accumulating in it. It wasn't much, but a lot more than I expected. I went down after about 4 hours and there was about an ounce and a half of water in it. I was amazed at how well this thing works for the price I paid! He's so quiet I didn't hear him until I was next to him. I've had it for a few days now and it seems like about 10 ounces of water comes out of my air in 24 hours. I had another dehumidifier that I paid close to $100 for and it worked about the same but was a lot noisier. It died on me so I bought it. For a small space, like a bathroom, this is very convenient. Highly recommended!
