Poor quality can damage the Cricutjoy device. Don't skimp on paper.

The photo shows how it got lost during cutting. I stopped and removed the paper so it wouldn't ruin my car. In the second picture you can see the curve in the middle. This is because the paper came unsupported, hence the paper has a crease. On it was the imprint of another sheet of black paper. It wasn't visible in the picture but I included it in my report. Please return the original form of payment. Thank you Ann Armenti.
