So when I first got this tattoo gun or pen, whatever you call it, the pen itself seemed damaged so I contacted the seller and he immediately sent me a brand new one, no problem or anything else. and I started working with him right away and it was amazing. I have never worked with a tattoo gun like this and I have used many tattoo guns. The customer service I received was like no other, it felt like I almost connected with this person and as I said in my video the only issue I had was the pedal. The pedal seems to have some connection issues and since I've already spoken to the seller and gotten a new grip I won't bother them further with the tattoo kit as they helped me so much.
