I like that it's easy for me as an end user to navigate through my account since all of the information can be accessed from one place.
It also has great reporting options so we are able to see what our customers have been doing with their spaces over time. There aren't any downsides at this point but there could definitely be some improvements made if they were necessary (such as having more customization). We use Smati primarily because it allows us to keep everything organized under one roof allowing everyone who works here access to current space usage without needing to search multiple places or send emails back-and-forth between departments.
