It's easy to use for both managers as well employees! The customer service provided by their support team has been excellent at all times we have used them (over 10 years now). We are currently using it in our manufacturing business where they help us manage applicants/employees from day one of onboarding till retirement time-out or resignation date etc., which was previously very difficult due to manual processes involved across different departments within an organization such that when somebody new came into workforce you had no idea who he / she really worked under & what responsibilities were assigned so far - hence creating confusion among staff members regarding performance expectations!
