Review on 💻 I/O Crest 4 Port SATA III PCI-e 2.0 x2 Non-RAID Controller Card with Marvell 9235 Chipset for Hard Drives by David Will

I installed this on an ASUS P5N-D motherboard. First I installed the card without connecting any hard drives to it. I booted up the computer. Windows 7 couldn't find the card so I installed the driver CD. This is not an autorun, so you need to find the files you need in the 92XX folder. I installed the drivers and Windows recognized the card. I turned off the computer and connected the 2 SSDs I have to the SATA card. The computer booted normally with the hard drives attached to the SATA card. I left my DVD drive plugged into the motherboard SATA ports and it was recognized. So now I have 4 SATA 3 ports (SATA card) and 4 SATA 2 ports (on the motherboard).
