The carrying case allows you to charge your headphones multiple times on a single charge. Excellent quality, you won't lose an arm or leg spending $300 on branded headphones that are really only $18. I especially like that these headphones are ready to pair as soon as you take them out of the case. This is the first pair of headphones I've been able to sleep in comfortably. They don't bother your ears as long as your head is on the bed/pillow. For my athletes there. they are IPX7 rated. Neither sweat nor rain can harm them. (I also walk around with a hat to cover my ears with these headphones.) CONS: When making a call, the caller seems to hear a slight echo. I've only tried this once, although admittedly I don't have a large enough sample size to determine if the problem was mine. Battery life is around 3 or 4 hours, they won't last all day if you don't have a carrying/charging case with you. Ultimately, I 100% recommend this to anyone who just wants to practice at it.
