I have an old phone (Moto X) and had to buy a QI adapter which comes in my already thick plastic case (with stand) to enable QI charging on to enable my phone. Not only does this get my phone charged through that whole barrier (I returned another charger that failed), but it's also much better when your phone is at that angle for seeing the phone at a glance. , unlike flat base station style QI chargers. The light is well placed, aesthetically pleasing and doesn't bother you when you're trying to sleep. I love this one so much I bought two more so I now have one for my desk, desk and bedroom nightstand. Now my phone stays charged 24/7 and I don't even realize I've charged it. Excellent goods.
