Review on Unioncrate Demand Planning AI by Kenneth Barnes

I like it that you are able to pull in data from other sources, such as an Excel sheet or text file. It also allows me to customize the dates that should be used when pulling historical information for a specific product; however, this doesn't always work flawlessly (sometimes pulls incorrect info). Also allows users to upload additional products so they can see what their competitors sell as well. Really helped my team understand our seasonal trends more accurately than before we started using the solution! The AI is really smart. It is a great tool to have. It is easy to use and it makes our job easier. It is a great tool for the future. The AI is not as powerful as it could be. It should be able to do a lot more than it currently can. It would be great to have more data and more processing power to make the AI better. I wish it could do a better job of predicting future demand. I am solving a demand planning problem for my organization.
