The item arrived on time and I have read all the detailed instructions on what to do if it doesn't work. I installed it in my printer and indeed the printer showed black ink empty and after cleaning the cartridge twice it printed 2 pages. A few days later I went to print my work and there were areas of the page with no ink. The printer again indicated that the black ink cartridge was empty. The document was illegible and free of errors. After following the cleaning instructions again, the ink cartridge still says Ink Empty and my first page out of the printer is unreadable and the second page is blank. I tried to make it a word. I've never used a color cartridge. I will send them back.
