So I haven't had my shop since the pandemic. While thinking about it I tried it from home and apparently it works great as you can use it in many places. It all boils down to the fact that this product is basically a WiFi hotspot/extender. It doesn't have its own internet connection, so you can only place it where it can connect to your regular WiFi. However, most WiFi extenders I've seen cost less than $50. So why are they almost three times as expensive? And that's because of the features they've added to the hardware. First of all, do you know those free wifi portals that pop up after you connect to a free wifi connection? Since I used it at home, I couldn't get an exact description, but it's pretty handy to see all the analytics for all my family's connected devices there, including from my phones, tablets, computers, and even things like TVs, WiFi. Fi printer fi etc. As I use it indoors I can't prove it's weatherproof (especially during a rain storm) but it's IP67 rated and the case is made of high quality plastic which should last a long, long time . to protect. Just remember that you need to plug it into an outlet. You can connect it to your router wirelessly using a MESH connection. I think this is a great product for business owners who are sole proprietors or small businesses with multiple employees as something like this best suits your needs and budget.
