Review on Herschel 10014 00001 OS Little America Backpack Black Backpacks by Ray Mcknight

I was so happy when I got my backpack! Color and size are as expected, beautiful! BUT the more I looked at it, the more I saw that the bottom left strap was fraying/peeling and the top straps were bent and going to the left instead of straight up and down no matter how I tilted them or tried to straighten them. The mount for the left strap was sewn on at a notably crooked angle, adding to the curvature. There is a small hole in the fabric. There is a stain on the back. I don't care if I'm picky. What's that for $100? Asked for a replacement, we'll see!
