I used a Kuvings Elite Cold Press today. and I can't tell you how happy I am. At first I was a bit frustrated that I still had to cook vegetables and fruit. But you soon realized that this updated model (which gave my sister another model after 10+ years of perfect juicing) required me to only cut the apples into quarters, not tiny pieces. I soon discovered that in addition to juicing applesauce, I could eat it and even add spinach and kale to scrambled eggs. I mean nothing was wasted. My spinach juice with green apples and ginger root was delicious. Well, the machine is very quiet, easy to use, and when you rinse it, use filtered water because the remaining juice is drinkable. Am I happy with the price, well it's a bit overpriced but the quality of what you put in your body is second to none.
