I work in an office where it's usually too hot for the boys (and too cold for the ladies, but on average everything sucks! ). I had a small metal desktop fan but it rattled and it ended up annoying me so much I decided to try this cheap USB fan. Well, to my great surprise, the airflow is almost identical. I'm amazed that this little fan can deliver so much airflow when powered from a meager USB port, but it works! The entire fan (body and fan blades) is made of plastic. It may seem cheap but I think it reduces rattle and is definitely lighter. In fact, I could imagine packing it up for a hike and running it from a USB power source. The fan is "up and down" adjustable so you can steer it easily. It has a small power switch on the back so you don't have to constantly unplug it to turn it off. For the money, this is an amazing little fan that will do wonders for your desktop. Highly recommended!
