I'm a beginner and have a lot of experience with each part of the sourdough bread baking kit! I liked that you can join the bakers club and get the recipes, I tried the starter recipe and it was very helpful for me because it has clear step-by-step instructions and even tips. I used a blender and it's easier than doing it by hand. Also, I really enjoyed using the trimmer and trying new patterns. Basically I bought a banneton kit and they are perfect, strong yet light weight and you also get a guide on proper care. I find all the tools and information useful and complete, while loving Shori's baking set I will definitely try all the recipes!
