Very professional, quick turnaround times
They have been very helpful in getting my shipments out on time. The customer service is exceptional and they go above and beyond when helping me with any problems. I have not had any problems with them yet. I would highly recommend them. They have made my life easier and they are very efficient. I am not having to be involved in a lot of the shipping. I am able to focus on other aspects of my business now and not worry about the shipping. I have been using courier freight for almost 2 years now with no issues at all! They do what they say when it comes time delivering products or services that we need shipped out of state/countryside etc.. The customer service is very friendly as well which makes things easy in getting shipments processed quickly without any delays once orders are placed online through their website portal (www).com).
- It's nice just being able too use one site instead of multiple sites from different carriers who also may run into delivery mistakes themselves sometimes but this particular carrier does seem reliable most times even if there can happen errors along the way because its never due to anything wrong done by itself
