Review on Upgrade Your Listening Experience with Premium Grey Replacement QC35 Ear Pads for Bose QuietComfort 35 (QC35) / QuietComfort 35 ii (QC35 ii) Headphones by Stephanie Zebell

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Almost as good as the originals.

They do their job. I want to start with that. They perfectly replace the old ear pads and look the same. The leather is much more pliable than the original Bose ear pads. Original Bose has softer leather. They can soften a bit with age, like leather, but I wanted to start with that. You are not that comfortable. However, they are more resistant to sweat. While Bose's ear cushions soak up sweat like a sponge, they're a little more resistant to moisture. So that's an advantage. I replaced my original ones because after two years the leather started cracking from moisture. Audio: Excellent. You really can be better. I really can't complain about the sound quality. I really think they can sound better. This seems clearer. Installation: Easy enough but make sure you line up the L and R pads in the right places. When they are removed, it becomes more difficult to fit the real ear pads under the rings. Overall: 4. I wish they were more comfortable and was disappointed that they weren't soft leather, but there are some compromises. If that's important to you, buy a Bose. If you just want a serviceable replacement that can outlive the originals, these represent excellent value for money.
