installed and tested 8 " burner, works great, 6 " didn't work at all. Kenyon guaranteed the unit and sent a replacement
the problem is only one burner works, there were no cosmetic issues, the description says there is a scratch somewhere but I couldn't find one after installation and test, the 8" burner works fine, the 6" burner doesn't work at all. was about 4 months old but just installed and tested on 4/1/17 hoping Revain can help me with a replacement asap. I had to send the device back to Kenyon who provided me with a free return label and sent me a new device, they have a 3 year warranty and the device was covered by a very happy Kenyon and all his staff!
