I like that it's easy to setup alerts for my favorite keywords or hashtags, as well there are some great reports you can create using their API also! Their support team has been very helpful in getting me set up with everything correctly so far; they have not disappointed thusfar at all!! There isn't much dislike about this tool aside from how expensive an alert will cost if used too often (such $10-20 per month). If someone wants something simple where people mention them via social media without needing tons of different tools then MediTrigger fits right into place nicely providing those notifications along side any other services one uses such as Twitter Lists/etc...
