I haven't had good stainless steel pots and pans in decades and I love them. I love that I can use all 4 at the same time and have a lid on each one. The lids are vented so there is no pressure build up during cooking which makes the lids rattle and the glass allows me to see my food being cooked. So glad to be rid of that nasty toxic Teflon crap that only has a short lifespan before it needs to be replaced. As long as I take minimal care of them, they will last forever. Do yourself a favor and buy these, you will never use Teflon again.
