The part arrived on time but there was a piece of plastic where the microphone should have been. In the attached photos you can see a smooth microphone with sharp edges (it broke the original part during repair) and then a blob of plastic where the microphone should be on the replacement part. Audio recording is of course not possible. This part also prevented my phone from charging or syncing (USB error).
