Not dishwasher safe
When chopping raw meat, it's best to put all the pieces in the dishwasher to keep it perfectly clean and hygienic. Obviously it's chrome-plated aluminum, which I assume will flake off with constant washing in the dishwasher. This should work fine, but insufficient cleaning is a big problem.
