This case holds the iPad VERY tight - it won't fall out. The keyboard is easy to type on, a good size, and the battery life is amazing - I think I've charged it 3 times in months. It stays very stable due to the magnet and is great for supporting iPad for videos etc. It has a keyboard protector to protect the screen. The sturdiness is probably what makes it so heavy. So if you're looking for a lightweight case, you won't like this. I put it in my backpack with a few other things so I wanted it to be strong and not light. The only other complaint is that the rear camera is difficult to use - it's great for an iPad but can be awkward to hold properly for scanning documents, for example. However, the price is much lower than the Apple version and I'm really very happy with this case, I get a lot of compliments.
