3.99? I thought they were probably cheap but if I don't like them I can always return them. I couldn't be more wrong! I bought four sets (all different colors) for my niece and niece. IT'S SO WONDERFUL! Very cute hats with a fluffy almost Sherpa lining and I know they will keep little ones warm! It was such a good purchase that I'm still in shock. The hats are very warm and the mittens are very durable. You are precious! 10/10 recommend.
