Unstoppable fun! in marble runs

The toy may look scary, but it's not: it's a lot of fun. At the very beginning there is some prep time, especially for building the base tower. There are some errors in the guide, but another review helped us figure it out. And in the end it doesn't matter. Any reasonable tower will do. Spend some time connecting the lines connecting the two ends of the thread. You can then assemble the long loop in almost any way you like (it's good to start with instructions/diagrams). The balls fall off the track on the first run, probably in the very first corner. But you use very clever string attachments to change the shape of the lane, creating a hill to slow the ball down or a dip to increase speed. It was great when the ball landed safely down for the first time! It comes with three types of balls and creating a track that fits all three balls is a challenge. I bought this for myself (I'm just over 40) but my four year old loves it! Although it would be hopeless for him to piece this together, he spends hours sending balls down and then tweaking the course (the adjustments are so easy) which usually makes things worse. Getting teenagers interested in technology. Once you see it and play with it, suddenly the design of the bridge becomes much clearer.
