After knitting and crocheting for 30 years, I decided to step up my game and block my projects. I bought one set for some infant blankets I was gifting, was very happy with the result. Mats are good quality, lock well, the grid is quite helpful and the pins are great quality. They lock tightly and the mats are thick enough that the pins can accommodate them at an angle, to avoid pricking!) As I finished two larger throws, I bought three more sets so I could finish larger projects, and have the flexibility to block multiple pieces or projects at once, as I am teaching elementary students this summer. I am happy with the reusable packaging to store them. Would recommend. Also broke down and got a good steamer and it worked really well. They are sturdy enough to prop up if you don’t have room to lay them flat.
