It is great! for women
They fit much better than the originals I bought a few years ago. Closes the neck and is breathable, just do not wash with fabric softener. I'm not a big guy, but the small/medium didn't fit around my head at all (at least not comfortably). My hat size is 7 1/4 so I would recommend Large/XL if you are about that size.
