Review on πŸ”§ Fumoto Original F108N with LC-10 Lever Clip FN-Series Engine Oil Drain Valve: Ultimate One-Pack Solution by Maurice Morris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fumoto Oil Plugs are great for the car

As heavy duty vehicle mechanics, we used the same drain plugs. I could pump 11 gallons out of a large diesel in about 30 seconds! 10 when the oil was hot. Oil sampling has never been dirty. These things are bee knees. The 4x4s I've serviced have never leaked. Do not overtighten the plug, it is made of brass and use a fiber gasket/washer instead of a metal gasket. After installation, it will be easier for you to maintain your car or truck. Keys are not required. No oil baths. Simply turn the lever to drain the oil in a controlled manner. Oh nirvana. Check if your car has a gap. Some oil pans have recesses in which the drain plug is located. In this case, corner models may not be suitable. F108N with straight nipple easily fits my Subaru. I recommend a model with nipples if installation is possible. That way you can attach a hose to direct oil away from the frame etc. I hope I was of some help. Good luck with the Fumoto oil screw.
