These are cute and very comfortable shoes. I added a thin foam insole as I have a bad heel and feel like I need extra cushioning. In addition, the soles of the shoes have an open weave that allows them to drain water since they are boats. But I'm not around water so I was worried about getting something sharp wet and going through the floor which is another reason I added the foam insert. I am happy with my purchase because I got them at a good price and they are comfortable like all my other skaters.
