Review on Kaleo by Jermaine Munajj

As an HR leader in this space I have worked with several platforms but nothing has been as robust or easy for our teams/employees to use than kaleo! We are able to easily create surveys within minutes from any device which is great when you want your team engaged right away (versus waiting until they get into work). The ability to add questions at anytime makes it so we can adapt quickly if needed without having to go back through development timeframes like some other solutions require. Nothing really- just keep using them!! They continue to innovate constantly bringing new features allowing us greater flexibility & control over what's being collected. Being able to see reports / dashboards about who answered how often helps drive engagement amongst my staff members because now everyone knows where there contribution fits.
