The software is easy enough for anyone with basic computer skills, yet robust in its capabilities so that it can handle any need you may present them! I am able to track my shipments from start-to finish within their system; this has helped me tremendously as we are now getting more timely updates about our customers' orders than ever before (and not having to call customer service). We were using other carriers but realized they weren't meeting all expectations when it came time to ship products - which was costing us money through higher rates charged by those companies compared to what ZF could deliver at lower costs due to better efficiencies throughout delivery process. I like that they are able to ship items directly from our warehouse to customers. It keeps us out of the loop when it comes to shipping orders, but also gives them better control over customer service. They do not seem to be very organized with their processes, so sometimes it can take time to get things done. We use them for shipping our products around the country.
