a penchant for investing real money into the setup and still playing old games regularly, it's definitely worth a try worth it as it made a noticeable difference to any pre-PS4 system I've tried on my big screen in my living room (even more so on the monitor right in front of me). For me none of the issues I had (HDMI 1.4 instead of 2.0, how insanely hot the processor is, the fact that you have to turn it completely off to actually turn it off, random display spikes that require the TV to be turned off for repairs, but that MIGHT be my TV's fault, not the cable) have made me regret my purchase, but they're enough to justify deducting a star, if only because ANYWHERE gave so much advice on this temp thing during use and it only gets so hot because of bad technology.
