I highly recommend purchasing a new fan blade
I highly recommend purchasing a new fan blade if you are replacing a fan motor. Other people posted the same thing. This blade snapped into place with no problems. When I tried to remove the old fan blade it fell apart because it was glued to the old motor. This fan blade looks the same as the old one.
