**Update: I posted a review below and was contacted by Impresa customer service. They apologized and offered a full refund, also explaining that their supplier had used defective balloon material months ago and apparently they had not removed all of the defective balloon bags from stock. Instead I asked for the bag to be replaced because almost all of the balloons in the first bag were gone. I received the replacement bag very quickly. I tested them yesterday and kept using balloons. As promised, the replacement bag is of significantly better quality. Five stars - great customer service and now I have a bag of rocket balloons that make my child laugh so much and have so much fun with them. Thanks very much! ****OLD REVIEW before replacing balls***** All other balls in this pack or less either burst when inflated, or the end is loose and needs to be re-tied or simply flattened and has holes in the first round. Dissatisfied. The ONLY reason I decided to give it 2 stars is because the kids absolutely loved the ones that actually worked. I would give this product negative stars if I could. As always, the Chinese screwed up. I would be willing to pay an extra $5 to have quality balloons that every 100 make at least ONE flight. Also, my child's favorite color is green. Guess which color was the LEAST of them all? You guessed it - GREEN.
