Not a good pan: my feedback
Did all the required prep work with this pizza pan. Cooked the first pizza with it and by the time the crust was cooked, the top of the pizza was burnt. Would not recommend this product.
Pros
- Love this! The perforations on the bottom assure a nice crispy crust!
Cons
- The pan may warp or bend during use, causing an uneven cooking surface
