Looks great. Has wider waist straps than most. Fast on or off; without fasteners and zippers. It can be seen in the dark, in the snow and in the forest. Washable. Packages are flat. The velcro goes through the washer and dryer (I attach the straps with velcro and sometimes put it in a lingerie mesh bag if it comes with large luggage). My 19 lb Cavalier wears an M. She has others when more full belly coverage, zips or buttons are required, like in deep snow or serious puddles, but mostly we use this simple, inexpensive rain and wind coat with a soft flannel lining.
