This is the solution to a longstanding problem. I have a sliding door with a side dog door insert. This prevents the sliding door from locking. In winter there are terrible drafts. We have tried everything. The window film works, but then we can't open the door. It can be installed inside or outside in just a few minutes. It stuck even after repeatedly opening and closing the door in 40 degree weather. And immediately stopped the draft. I'm not sure how it will hold up, but it's so easy to apply I don't mind swapping out if needed. I still have plenty to do inside and out many times.
