The ease of use, ability for multiple users with different roles (guard at door/front desk etc) so everyone knows what they need access too when entering an area which makes life easier! We needed something secure yet easy-to-use to monitor our building entrances from anywhere by staff members within my organisation without having them physically present around visitors' doors all day long. This software does exactly how its described above therefore no other benefits mentioned here could be achieved otherwise.
