This orthosis was something that my brother and I went out and purchased for our mother. Knee issues that come with aging have started to affect her. Almost immediately, she took a liking to the orthoses. The desired knees should not be overly tightened as they are comfortable and easy to put on. Does not suffer any discomfort even after prolonged use (for twelve hours or more). In the past, she would use an elastic bandage to provide additional support for the damaged joints in her body. Because of this, it was occasionally necessary to reduce the strength of the knitting, which ultimately resulted in a reduction in the degree to which the joints were fixed.
