After approximately four months of consistent use, the volume on both sets of headphones was noticeably reduced upon the subsequent activation of the devices. I tried resetting the settings, trying to eat (the most recent firmware was easy to understand), and connecting to other electronic devices, but to no avail. Now I will try to return them; it was very upsetting because I didn't want to part with them because the price to quality ratio was so high before the breakdown. They refused to accept them at the service center because the plastic nets were quite a bit dirty. The problem was this, and they offered to give it to paid service, but I asked how I could solve the problem on my own first. I changed the review to a five because I didn't part with them, and they refused to accept them because of this. Life hack: put a drop of peroxide on each earpiece, let them stand for five minutes, and then clean them with compressed air from dirt that cannot be erased in any way (or so it seemed at first). The problem was solved, and the guys from the service center deserve the credit.
