Review on Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC Bluetooth Wireless Headphones Featuring Active Noise Cancellation in Black and Silver by Ada Dymowska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

In short: if you were looking for wireless ears for riding the subway and listening to music at home, then take it, you will not regret 100%, they have excellent noise reduction and sound. Who is ready to read a lot - read on. So. There are two important things to understand: First, most of the negative reviews are due to the fact that people do not fully understand the meaning of noise cancellation or the sound characteristics of these headphones; Second: I will compare with Apple AirPods, no matter how stupid it looks (not in everything, of course). Ears worked with the iPhone and MacBook (not for the sake of showing off, but to make it clear what I checked with). So, the nuance with the sound. The sound in these headphones surprised me at first because it didn’t surprise me (: That is, no “miracle” happened at all, and at first it upset me at all, only then, after a week or two, I began to notice in the music that I listen to that I didn’t I've never noticed it before, for example, in songs you can hear words and intonations much more clearly, you don't just disassemble the instruments, but literally see in your head a picture of a performer plucking the strings or a drummer hitting a barrel, I didn't have anything like that at all. on the other hand, but this is not a "wow" effect, this will not happen if you just turn them on in the store. The sound here is not some kind of super-cool, it is what it should be here. The bass is not twisted up when the music is heard , like from a barrel, there is no equalizer "sewn" into the ears, which is trying to improve (in my opinion) the music. It's really just a good sound, but I don't know if it will suit you 🤷 Further. Someone writes that there is only bass with noise reduction, this is because the bass from your headphones intersected with low-frequency noise around you. Turn on ANC - it will cut off the noise from the outside and you will hear the bass in the headphones. That's the whole secret. And yes, the basses here are not twisted to the maximum, it may be unusual at first that there is no beloved “boo-boo” in the entire skull. Turn the equalizer.

Pros
  • Sound. The sound here is just a gun, I say, like a mother's musician. It is always very difficult to convey in words the quality of the sound. I'm not an audiophile, all these "sand tops", "cotton bottoms" are not in this review, the sound is just great, but there is one caveat, see the comment; Noise canceling is good, it presses low frequencies (bus, car, metro, plane) perfectly. Sometimes I just put on noise-canceling headphones and watch the cars drive along the roads with a slight "shhhh."; Keeps in touch better than AirPods (very rarely "stutter" and "fart", even if you walk under power lines or put your head in the microwave); The charge is held very well. I use them for 1.5 hours a day with the noise turned on and with the volume around 70-80 - enough for almost three weeks without recharging; USB Type-C as power. I'm fine 👌
Cons
  • Transparent (transparent) mode can not be enabled at will, this is generally nonsense, I do not understand. It turns on itself when there is a call through the headphones, as through a headset, and turns off after the call ends. You can’t change its volume yet, only the volume of the conversation. That is, if someone is yelling nearby, you will hear EVERYTHING; The application on the phone is absolutely useless and can only show the charge and ate the firmware. I dream about the button "Enable Transparent Mode" and "View ANC status"; They do not turn off by themselves if removed from the head; The headphone jack is proprietary, i. E. you can’t take your favorite gold-plated AUX with oxygen-free copper wires at home and plug it into headphones;

Got pros: Excellent sound, high build quality, can be connected via wire (which is useful for games). Excellent battery. Cons: Noise reduction is weak, on Xiaomi inserts for 2022 it is noticeably more effective. For this reason, the red price of headphones is 5-6 thousand.

With its pros. Headphones live perfectly for a year. Soundproofing is good. Has some cons The button to scroll songs and pause does not always work.

Has pros: Excellent sound quality. Noise suppression. They sit comfortably. Cons: Before the firmware (done through the application), during noise reduction, the background noise of the noise reduction system itself was heard. Bad equalizer in the app.

Ideal. I love this brand. Always great quality. Even the most ordinary wired ones sound better than others.

With its pros. Sound, set, performance. Its cons: Slightly inconvenient control. Matter of habit. There is no memory for downloading music to the headphones.
