After reading the reviews I took the opportunity and bought this for my 2004 Corolla. Absolutely identical to the original mirror. The kit did not include a windshield mount that glues to the windshield, but I didn't need it. It slid right onto the original bracket that sits on top of the windshield. This requires a Torx T20 bit on both the original and this replacement. You could get a hex bit to work, but I didn't have to try. The back of the original that came with the Corolla says "Donnelly E8011681". This replacement is identical in every respect. The exchange took literally 3 minutes. Very happy!
