I like that we can use it as our primary portal for purchasing through multiple vendors across departments in my organization without having access issues or delays when accessing different parts of software within one day (i would say this about any SaaS product). The interface could be made more modern looking but overall its fairly easy getting used with once you get into how things work. There are some features which aren't readily available such creating new forms/policies etc so have double check those requirements before jumping too quickly! We're managing vendor contract information at all levels - departmental level agreements between suppliers & purchasers including pricing terms/"price lists", scope statements / change orders via gate keeper along side other standard procurement tools i'm using elsewhere ePOI + Purchasing Power toolset+ Jira Service Desk.
