The JIRVY RGB 12" LED Selfie Ring Light is a selfie light that is lightweight and easy to mount. Tripod, two phone holders (one in the center of the ring and one that attaches to the tripod ) and a Bluetooth remote control.There is a control box built into the power cord that allows you to switch between modes.Awkward as you can switch between modes with just a few buttons.If you want to use it with a bright or warm base light, are These modes are readily available. The opaque shade ensures even light distribution with no chiaroscuro. Pairing with the Bluetooth remote control was extremely easy. Just turn on the remote control, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select it from the list of available devices.After the initial setup, my phone remembered pairing and it was as simple as turning on the elektro niche remote control. The phone holder is spring loaded and fits most cell phones. However, be careful when inserting it into the holder. I accidentally placed my phone in the holder where my side buttons are and pressing both sides at the same time resulted in an emergency call. From now on, taking a picture is as easy as pressing a button on the remote control. The only effect on the images shown on the product page is to display different color modes. There is no real rainbow mode. I was looking forward to experimenting with that particular feature if there was one. Great light source for video streaming/recording.
