I purchased these boots to replace a different pair I had warn out after several years. I bought these December 17th 2021, my first pair came damaged but customer service exchanged them no problem. After having the second pair for less than three months (now March 6, 2022), they are falling apart. There is only one picture but that is happening all around the shoe. No need to over do it on photos.I knew these would be more of a fashion boot rather than quality, however, I certainly did not expect them to wear out this quickly. Especially for the price. Everything else about them is great. Lot of complements, comfortable, I bought a half size up (8) to accommodate for thick socks and they are water resistant.I would like to exchange for a new pair. If you are going to wear these once and I mean once in a great while, get them, if you plan to actually use them, pass them up. 😔
