Not bad, but not great
It's not bad for paper decorations, but it's difficult to get excited about. They don't retract into open snowflakes particularly smoothly, and I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get the folded corners to look right. I wouldn't buy them again unless I needed cheap and convenient disposable party decorations - great for a kids' Frozen party, but not for an adult Christmas party.
