They were very professional, they knew exactly what we needed for an online store/ e-commerce website that was easy enough yet powerful at keeping track of inventory & sales information from multiple locations around North America with ease! The support staff is great as well - always available by email or phone if you need help after hours / weekends etc..

Nothing really comes up too often but when it does fire stitch gets back quickly (if not before then).
